Report to Board Director, overall manage a Joint Venture of mechanical manufacturing, setting up a machine shop and facility, taking the overall responsibility of running daily operations, such as coordinate different department to assure quality, organizing production and on time delivery, deal with financial issue and creating profit. The main target will be customer satisfaction based on high quality and on time delivery, gain proper interest and improve overall capability of manufacturing.
Major Duties & Responsibilities

* Contribute to setting up the new machine shop and setup facilities in first phase;
* Recruit and train department manager and employee, to built up a core management team and efficient operators team;
* Overall management of the plant to run production and business;
* Act as the face towards the customers in China and make the customer target for all strategic and operative actions based on an understanding of their needs;
* Manage quotation, manufacturing, quality assure and financial management to gain proper interest;
* Strive in continuous improvement of capability and competitive ability;
* Handle reporting to Boarder director timely and reliable manner.

Candidate Specification:
* Bachelor Degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering or close major;
* 10+ years working experience in manufacturing, 5 years of which at Operations Director/Manager level;
* Having set up a company or a workshop at least once before;
* Adequate experience in manufacturing of machinery with understanding of assembly, machining and welding;
* Good knowledge of business economics, manufacturing principles and negotiating contracts;
* Open-minded to different solutions and enthusiastic, success while working within constrains, Striving for continuous improvements,;
* Excellent communication skills, with strong ability to create and present conceptual ideas;
* Strong customer service/customer relationship management;
* Proven track record of success while working within budgetary constraints
* Fluent in English, spoken and written as well as Mandarin;
