General Description:
As one of Quality Engineer of IAT, in this role will communicate with both customers and suppliers on quality issues, supplier audit, quality and process control.
Major Responsibilities:

？ Do supplier audit, evaluate capability and capacity of supplier, quality control,

？ Develop program to continually monitor supplier performance, identify required improvements and implementation.

？ Identify manufacturing and system processes improvements required, trouble shooting.

？ Field inspection and documentation.

Candidate Specification:

？ Bachelor and above degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent, be able to use CAD, and office software;

？ 3 years or above experience in quality management field in factory or multi-national company;

？ A solid understanding of manufacturing processes, material, process capability and product quality control is required

？ Experienced with ISO 9000 & QS 9000, be able to use PPAP,FMEA,APQP,SPC tools;

？ Good English speaking and writing skills;

Frequent traveling is required.
