职位描述
1、熟悉HALL传感器类型IC的原理、应用及其它电子元器件特性
2、针对公司HALL传感器类型产品进行产品知识培训及市场推广
3、负责产品相关的技术支持，不良品客诉处理等
4、收集掌握竟争对手产品性能，给出对手产品与公司产品的优劣势分析报告
职位要求：
1、大学专科及以上学历，微电子、应用电子、通讯相关专业毕业
2、具有HALL传感器类IC产品2年以上市场推广技术支持、产品销售经验
3、熟悉电机（特别是无刷直流）的工作原理
4、从事过有HALL或无HALL芯片的直流无刷电机研发的人员优先
5、从事过HALL传感器开关类产品研发的人员优先
6、具备相关电子产品知识，能进行产品技术方面的介绍
7、具有硬件调测经验和较强的动手能力，能熟练使用常用的电子仪器
8、熟悉电动车电机市场，能很好地把握市场方向
9、责任心强，能承受工作压力，能经常出差，具备开拓精神，善于发现和把握机会
10、善于沟通,具备良好的团队合作能力
