Develop challenging and innovative analog, power and mixed- signal IC layout.
Work side-by-side with the highest caliber analog power management development team in the industry.
Seek your creative work result in commercially successful products.
Design with best sub-micron, mixed signal process technologies in the industry

Requirement:
Successful candidates will have 2+ years of experience in analog IC layout.
Experience in analog layout skills like: bandgap voltage reference, high current and voltage cells, high precise OPAMP,DMOS,circuit capacitance matching and ESD restrictions.
It will be helpful to be familiar with DMOS or audio amp. IC layout. Experience with Cadence CAD tools;
Required to be good team player.
Be proficient in written and spoken English


1.微电子,电子工程，计算机，通信等相关专业本科及以上学历；
2.二年以上Analog IC Custom Layout设计经验；
3.了解CMOS工艺、熟悉CMOS及高压BCD process layout设计规则；
4.熟悉IC设计流程，并熟练掌握 Calibre,DIVA等相关CAD软件；
5.英语读写流利；
6.具备良好的团队精神及沟通能力
