Responsibilities:

1 Manage and support a multi-site environment consisting of various platforms;

2 Install,maintain and upgrade hardware and software,such as desktop,laptop,servers,PBX,network equipment(filewalls,routers,switches),etc;

3 Monitoring and troubleshooting of network,servers,services,and ensure the availability of these resources;

4 Provide server system management functions,including system monitoring,analysis,auditing,performance tuning and upgrades;

5 Analyze the company's needs and evaluate vendor recommendations;provide comprehensive design specifications for additions and upgrades to the existing infrastruture;

6 Implement and administrate IT security controls;

7 Perform and manage systems backups and recovery,implement the disater recovery planning;

8 Maintain documentation regarding network configuration,operating and troubleshooting procedures,and service records relating to network hardware and software;

9 Provide IT support for company and muti-site branches.

Required Qualifications:

-Bachelor degree;

-More than 4 years experience in IT admin;

-Microsoft based server setup and maintenance with solid knowledge;

-KingDee ERP experience

-Microsoft related software and strong practical competence,including Active Directory,Exchange server,ISA ,etc;

-Well versed in IT operation,Citrix,Veritas backup,McAfee EPO,etc;

-Network and Cisco Firewall including VPN setup;

-Linux experience is a plus;

-Excellent analytical and problem solving capabilities;

-Good communication and teamwork;

-Prositive and Proactive attitude.
