Key Responsibilities:
Assist in managing all aspects of Marketing programs to support brand initiatives and business needs:
- Jewellery store promotion activity implementation and execution
- Full year festival promotion coordination and execution
- New store opening issue coordination with relevant department
- VIP event relevant issue execution
- VIP database collection and maintains
- All kinds of gift consolidation and management for all Jewellery and watch stores
- All kinds of catalogue and brochure distribution and consolidation for all Jewellery and watch stores
- Media relevant issue execution, such as product shooting and clipping
- Landlord resource supporting and execution
- Manage all related invoicing, contract ,payment and cost tracking, etc
- Other request if needed

Job specification

University degree in Marketing, Communications, or Business Administration
Minimum 3 years of Marketing, media ,promotion ,event, or relevant experience
Fluent in oral and written English ;Proficient at Word, Powerpoint, Excel
CRM function experience as a plus
highly organized and detail oriented; Ability to work under pressure and prioritize multiple projects
Proactive, enthusiastic, committed with a "can-do" attitude
