职位描述
Fundamental Components & Physical Requirements:
? Supports the Region Head of Sales in the achievement of the revenue goals for the assigned regional territory
? Assists in the cultivation and development of producer and consultant contacts in the assigned territory
? Maintains contact and opportunity data in salesforce.com software package
? Develops research and material around potential prospects and marketplace data
? Maintains awareness of competitive landscape
? Produces sales of International product through direct and producer distribution channels
? Supports AGB Sales Directors with large case sales efforts, cold calling, telemarketing and lead generation
? Articulate the Aetna Global Value Proposition
? Supports the cross-sell efforts with National Accounts, Middle Market and Small Business segments
? Assists in the development of strategy in large case RFP responses
? Coordinates marketing efforts such as mailers, e-mail communications and product updates
? To take responsibility to always actively treat customers fairly (TCF) and support / drive any TCF initiative
Background/Experience Desired:
? 5 years industry or customer service experience
? 2-4 years experience with account sales and/ or client management
? Fluent in written & spoken English
? Excellent presentation skills
? Knowledge of the PRCE & international medical insurance market and core competitive set
Educational Requirements:
? College degree or equivalent experience
? Licensure as required by local authority
