职位描述
Motivate intermediaries & provide periodic trainings to ensure profitable growth.
Responsible for executing business development strategy in assigned region within China to target different consumer segments proactively.
In conjunction with marketing and PR, execute communication strategy including intermediary events to engage potential distributors and present the IPMI product.
Work with marketing to develop appropriate literature, event and exhibition material and external communications strategy to clearly articulate the strengths of the JV’s products vs. the competition.
Keep abreast of all developments in the market both customer and competitor-related, contributing to new product development/business initiatives accordingly.
教育程度Education:
College graduated and above, University degree is strongly preferred.
工作经验 Work Experience Over:
8 years of working experiences, 5 years of direct sales/business development experience, gained preferably in either the medical insurance or international insurance business arena.

专业知识&技能Professional Knowledge&Skills
1. Good interpersonal skills.
2. High level Sales/Negotiation
3. Effective Presentation Skills
4. Numeracy and ability to analyse statistical information.
5. Results driven

计算机水平 PC Skills Basic Microsoft Word, Excel & Outlook experience
外语水平Foreign Language :Fluent in oral & written English is a MUST.
