职位描述
Main duties / Responsibilities
Offer online medical assistance to customers
Take the responsibility of daily cases reviewing referred from member service team, in terms of both claims and Pre-auth cases.
Be alert on the critical/ risky cases and escalate whenever necessary.
Provide medical support and valuable proposal to other teams so as to improve product and service
Track day to day reviewed case volume and work with manager to analyse the data on regular basis to guide future work
Customer communication, having member centric thinking
Be active to work with doctor and provider when handling some comprehensive case
Work closely with external vender on services, like appointment, evacuation etc.,
Support global business with local medical knowledge
Well balance cost containment and member experience as well
Take full advantage of global medical resources as well as local resources, also be cooperative with medical consultant from group business
Experience / Professional qualification / Skills required
? Associate degree major in nursing, or Bachelor degree majored in clinical medicine
? Minimum 2 years working experience at hospital / clinic / medical related position, more experience is required if major in nursing
? Fluency in Mandarin and English, and good communication skill
? Customer centricity orientation
? Passion for talent development and growth
? Capacity of Self learning and cross team cooperation
? Priority and time management skill
