职位描述
Role:
The person will be responsible to Negotiate and manage Procurement requests (IT, Non IT and Services), Customs documentation & coordination, Store & Goods received Notes (GRN) and Freight Forwarding request. This person would be point of contact for vendor selection, negotiations for all requests and implementation of ERPs in China.
Role Requirements:
1,Comprehensive experience in project (fitouts) procurement, strategic sourcing, integrated materials management, logistics, export, import, taxation, compliances, execution of large sourcing projects in IT/facilities/Real Estate within cost & time parameters.
2,Possess strong business acumen with skills in making effective use of cost analysis tools in support of strategic global sourcing process, procurement, reduction metrics and bottom line performance indicators as well as a proven track record of achieving numerous cost savings during the career span.
3,Resourceful in implementing strategic spent management strategies, category & commodity management and global sourcing.
4,In-depth experience in procurement of Hardware (Desktops, Laptops, Servers etc), Software Licenses and Telecom products (services & solutions).
5,Procurement of Non IT goods and services, AMC's, Rate contracts, Travel and Facility related requirements
6,In depth knowledge on issuance of RFP/RFI/Tenders process.
7,Local knowledge on e-sourcing tools and market intelligence. Work on strategies which help in reduction of transactional work load & TAT.
8,Vendor Management and Selection of suppliers - which can provide goods and services in accordance with the needs of the customers, negotiate rates and set up contracts with them. Identify and drive strategic programs with vendors and provide feedback with new initiatives that would be beneficial to the customers.
9,Responsible for customer relationship management (internal and external). Should be experienced to handle customer escalations and complaints in effective manner.
10,Statutory obligations under Indirect taxes ie customs, excise, entry tax, VAT, export regulatory organizations.
11,Good experience in Logistics planning, Freight forwarding, warehousing and store management.
12,Preparation of Documents, Co-ordination with Overseas and Domestic Suppliers, CHAs & Freight Forwarders, Processing payments and Operational Functions of the organization's Businesses.
13,Import, Export and domestic distribution logistics
14,Inventory control and asset management (including issuance and asset tagging).
15,Quality initiatives ie Six sigma and quality score for function.
Qualifications:
1,Bachelor degree or above in Mechanical Engeriening and/or MBA
2,Good written and spoken communication skills
3,Minimum 8 years experience in Procurement (IT, Non IT and Logistics)
4,Should have worked on ERPs like SAP, Ariba etc
5,Possess excellent analytical skills
6,Be an experienced and effective negotiator at an advanced level
7,Team leadership / organization development
8,Knowledge of Contracts terms and conditions
9,Knowledge on various Procurements models
10,Should have experience in working with organization having International offices

1,Fluent in written and spoken English and Mandarin (both in written and verbal)
2,Good communication skills, with logical way of thinking
3,Flexibility, willingness and ability to adapt to change
4,Self motivator and have confidence to work without supervision
