职位描述
JOB PURPOSE:
? Ensure the ERP system for factory was correctly setup and running efficiently and reliably.
? Handle all ERP support requests and provide reasonable technical solutions.
? Help desk support to solve normal end users' issue with computer and network usage.
? Maintain and track the status for all IT assets in the factory.
? Cooperate with IT colleagues on achieving IT goals and objectives in Asia.
Responsibilities and tasks:
Primary responsibility areas:
? Be involved in the ERP product selection process and make constructive proposals.
? Work with IT manger to get comprehensive ERP requirements from business functional teams.
? Coordinate with other business functional teams as well ERP vendor to define business processes in the new ERP system.
? Work with ERP vendor to implement ERP system in the factory.
? Log and submit all kinds of issues during the ERP implementation.
? ERP system maintenance and performance enhancement.
? Analysis on new business requirements to ERP system and propose reasonable solutions.
? Work with IT colleagues from other regions to achieve Asian IT goal and objectives.
? Other tasks assigned by IT manager.
Requirements:
Education: University or college IT related graduates.
Technical background:
? At least 3 yr's working experience on maintaining or developing ERP system for manufactories.
? Strong ability in MS SQL database design and management.
? Basic knowledge on PC hardware, network and Windows 7, XP, Microsoft Office Tools.
? Proven programming experience with .NET, Delphi or PB.
? Proven experience on business process optimization / reengineering and implementation for manufacturing companies using ERP tools.
? Nice to have experience with assembly factories that specialized on ERP solutions and supports.
General qualifications:

? Good communication skills to understand business requirement, express opinions.
? Able to work with other teams.
