Responsibilities:

1.. Implement and maintain a robust quality system, ensure that company’s quality activities meet customer demands and legal compliance.

2.. Promote, explain and execute the quality goal and plan, monitor the Company quality metrics and performance.

3.. Exercise leadership in solving quality problems and corrective action.

4.. Track record of analyze & interpret operating data/variances to drive measurable operational metric.

5.. Identify operational improvement opportunities and lead the workforce in Kaizen and RCI techniques to achieve successful transformation.

6.. Utilize appropriate lean and six sigma tools to effectively lead and facilitate improvement activities and team based kaizen.

7.. Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent.

2. Minimum 10 years experience in relevant operations, including 2 years in managerial role in MNCs.

3. Knowledge of manufacturing & quality assurance, well versed in quality tools and problem solving techniques.

4. Familiar with Lean Manufacturing or Continuous Improvement program and able to effectively train and coach others in kaizen leadership and lean tool application.

5. Experience and knowledge in machinery manufacturing processes is preferred.

6. Strong communication and influencing skills, able to drive multi-function projects..

7. Proven track record of analyzing & interpreting financial and operating data/variances to drive measurable operational metric improvements.

8. High integrity, results-driven, teamwork, self motivated and able to work under high pressure.

9. Good presentation skills is preferred.

10. Good command of English.
