Job Description:
Under direction, performs a variety of shipping/receiving, stocking activities; stores and distributes
Raw materials and finished goods; maintains inventory and stock records; and perform related work as required.
Scope:
The Storekeeper performs duties to support shipping and receiving, deliveries, coordinating stock, documenting warehouse transactions, maintaining records, and overseeing storage of inventory and property for the district.
Key duties & responsibilities:
1. Receives and inspects all incoming raw materials and reconciles with purchase orders / out sourcing work order; processes and distributes documentation with purchase orders; reports, documents and tracks damages and discrepancies on orders received.
2. Fills supply requisitions; Principle of First-In-First-Out; the storekeeper should have had license to drive forklift to delivers work orders raw material to workshop. Ensure warehouse implement relevant standard operation procedures, including material control, material release, material labeling
3. Keep the in/out record. Update the system data vs. physical movement.
4. Maintains the warehouse, records area and stores area in a neat and orderly manner.
5. ensure EHS and quality procedures are applied consistently; To report non compliant activities as well as unsafe practices
6. to ensure raw material / Semi-finish good / finished goods physical inventory match with the ERP. Support operations team with regular stock takes.
7. Apply to buy low value & indirect material to support production.
