岗位职责：
1.客户需求收集，需求分析，需求验证，需求评审，熟悉需求开发和需求管理的一般流程和方法；
2.客户厂家现场沟通，配合销售人员完成售前方案的供给；
3.投标文件的制作及整体把握，技术文件的撰写，技术文档的中/英文互译；
4.需求规格说明书的撰写，配合开发人员和测试人员完成项目开发，并跟踪项目进度；
5.对销售人员进行产品知识培训；
6.对客户疑问，需求，售前方案答疑。
基本技能要求：
1.良好的语言驾驭能力和现场感染能力，较高的表达效率，普通话标准（二级甲等以上），实用的英文运用能力；
2.具有测量仪器、电力电源产品的测试或研发经验者优先；
3.会使用UML建模，能够将客户的需求通过UML工具快速建模：用例图、活动图、状态机图、顺序图、部署图、类图等；
4.熟练OFFICE工具集使用技巧，能够使用word,excel,ppt,viso等常用工具快速进行工作，能够快速的排出规范的文档和良好视觉效果的PPT；
5.较强的协调能力，执行力，能够承受较大的工作压力；
6.具有强烈的求职欲望，很强的自学能力；
7.有较强的团队意识，始终以团队的利益为重。

Demand & Planning Engineer
Job Responsibilities:
1. Candidate should have experience of customer requirements gathering, analyzing and giving final evaluation. Further more, familiar with processes how to develop customer demand, good at integrated management skills will be appreciated.
2. Candidate need work as pre-sale support technician to take part in supplier-customer technical negotiation meeting, cooperating with sales specialist to work out appropriate product plan for customized demand.
3. Candidate has ability of writing bidding document and technical files, including both Chinese and English version.
4. Writing requirement product specifications for R&D engineer reference, assort with R&D Dept and TESTING Dept to conduct project developing, tracking.
5. Giving regular product technical training courses to sales specialist.
6. Giving correct solutions ask from customer by phone.
General Qualifications:
1. Perfect mandarin oral expression ability, strong persuasion and guidance capacity is better; English well understanding of listening, speaking, reading, writing.CET-6 above.
2. Has basic knowledge of analog circuits and digital circuits, related computer software. has measuring instruments, power supply product testing or R&D experience.
3. Can use UML software to layout functional features to fit with customer's requirements, such as use-case diagram, activity diagram, state machine diagram, sequence diagram, deployment diagram, class diagram, etc.
4. Proficient in office software applications, eg: Word, Excel, Powerpoint, and Visio. Can quickly typeset normative and good viewing of document for certain purpose.
5. Stronger co-ordination, implementation ability, can work under pressure.
6. Good study habit, desire to learn unknown knowledge which is particular use in the work.
7. Good team work spirit, look as team interest greater than yourself.

1. Regular feature and posture, modest manners with elegant temperament.
