Basic Purpose and Function:

Responsible for AP expense, general ledger and tax function including staff expense reimbursement, expense forecast for annual plans and quarterly reestimations, GL accounts supervision, monthly tax declarations and other matters in tax field.


Main Responsibility:

1. Check the staff expense reimbursements according to company policies and book AP invoices in to oracle.

2. In charge of month end close in GL, AP, HFM loading and complete the review pack and P&L.

3. In charge of monthly tax declaration and annual tax return, and deal with other miscellaneous tax issues.

4. Prepare monthly expense reports and other expense reports for KPI tracking.

5. Monthly BS reconciliation preparation.

6. Expense forecasting and analysis for annualy plan and quarterly reestimates and reporting preparation.

7. Assisting in annual audits.

8. Other miscellaneous jobs assigned by the finance manager.


Qualification:

1. Bachelor's Degree or equivalent, 3+y G/L or relacted experience.

2. Qualification of medium level accountant is prefered.

3. Must be famliar with excel and be sensible with various data; experience with using Oracle and HFM is prefered;

4. Must be used to work underpressure, be aware of deadline, and should be a good team worker.
