Job Descriptions:



Managing the suppliers professionally and acting in the best interests of TFG at all times.
To be in charge of order follow up -- including Inquiry, PI confirmation, order remark, label/shipping mark confirmation, inspection arrangement, shipping arrangement, relative documents preparation, payment application, claim follow-up etc.
To be well-organized, proactive, focused and detailed-oriented.
The ability to think and act independently to ensure TFG's product quality is as per sign-off standard.
Good English to ensure good communication with US colleagues and understanding of the US requirements.
A good knowledge of and experience in BV standards and testing methods.
A willingness to work overtime.


Minimum Requirements:



Minimum 4 years quality furniture controlling experience in an export-orientated company. Preference will be given to candidates who have worked for sizeable sourcing operations.
Experience in veneer, finishing and solid wood products as well as metal tube fabrication and powder-coating.
Good packing experience and also good knowledge of BV/ISTA testing and methods.
