职位描述：

1. 根据公司制定的销售目标，制定销售计划并达成目标
2. 负责深圳大客户的拜访以及关系维护；
3. 负责管理销售部门日常工作情况，分配工作任务，指导销售队伍完成销售目标
4. 辅导销售人员跟单，包括计划、组织、关键人物分析与把控，进度把控及推动
5. 负责公司新产品的市场推广和大客户销售订单的签署
6. 建立和管理销售队伍，包括部门员工的绩效考核，人才选拔，能力提升及评估等

职位需求：

1. 工作经验3-5年，大客户销售团队管理经验3年以上，学历全日制本科以上
2. 具有出色的销售能力以及领导力，培育下属的能力
3. 拥有一定的外企大客户资源，擅长维护人际关系，天生的交际家
4. 有人力资源招聘渠道销售经验的优先
