Responsibility:

- Receive phone calls and handle with urgent issue
- Deal with all kinds of visitors by providing helpful assistance
- Coordinate on couriers/express /mails dispatching, tracking etc.
- Responsible for company car arrangement.
- Purchase and manage stationary, sundries (including water, tea, coffee, snacks etc.);
- ID card, access card, business card process.
- Responsible for goods/sample receiving.
- Attendance record maintenance.
- Other administrative work assigned.

Requirements:
- College graduate or above.
- At least 1 year working experience, outstanding fresh graduate also welcomed;
- Good commend of Chinese and English.
- Skillful in office software and computer
- Good communication and interpersonal skill.
