职位描述

RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Work with manager to set up the admin policy and drive the implementation;
2. Purchasing office stationery and maintain the office enviroment;
3. Manage business license and related documents, support employee on business visa application;
4. Banking and auditing monthly personal expense;
5. Design and organize company activity, coordinate with vendors and suppliers as required;
6. Coordinate with colleagues for daily administration work, include but not limit to travel arrangment and business car booking;
7. Other assignment from Line Manager.
PROFILE:

Experience :Minimum 5 years relevant work experiences

Educated level: college degree or above

Major: English,secretary or administration is preperred.

Required Skills: Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Advanced PC skills. Good interpersonal skills.
Language: Good command of both written and oral English
