1、具有大专以上学历，三年以上销售经验，两年以上团队管理经验，25周岁以上；
2、具有良好的工作态度、有耐心、敢于承担责任；
3、拥有丰富的网络销售技巧和讯速行动力，有使命感，能做到以身作则；
4、熟练使用word、excel;并拥有设计培训教材的能力。
5、使用微博营销等其他网络推广方法优先；
6、要求能使淘宝店铺运转起来的，有过独自运转淘宝店铺的优先。
