Job Title Bid & Proposal / Sales support engineer

Role Description - summary
1.Bid & Proposal engineer
2.Project manager for delievry of customized solution for paint robots
3.Responible for coordination and follow-up delivery of a sales order.

Main Accountabilities & Responsibilities
?Support sales engineers during quote phase
?Prepare project costing for Design To Order (DTO) options and present for R&D and the weekly management approval meeting
?Run weekly management (DTO) meeting according to procedure
?Organize project team
?Project team will normally include engineering, doucumantation, production planning, purchase and production manager.
?Planning (Resource, WBS, time schedule ..)
?Follow-up (weekly status meetings with participation from project team)
?Cost control
?Report progress and results
?Consider threats and opportunities (Risk evaluation).
?Secure that Manifacturing specification/documentations are according to order
?Make sure that robots are delivered on time and with the right quality.
?Close communication with Project Managers in LC/LDU’s
?Inform AS&S about new spare parts and special requirements for support during commissioning.
?Follow-up missing parts on deliveries
?Participate in monthly steering committe meetings
?Support LDU/LC until customer acceptance
?Handle change and add orders
?Write final project report
?Write techical file
?Participate in capture teams
?Perform other relative duties as assigned
?Respect the established business code of conduct.

Knowledge:

?University degree majored in project management /painting / surface treatment / robotics / industrial automation / mechanical engineering / electrical engineering
?Painting application knowledge

Experience:

?3 years as bid&proposal or Sales support, preferable within robotics; internal transfer desired
?Technical related working experience (preferred)
?Good computer skills in MS Windows / Office and other applications (must)
?Available traveling worldwide (must)
?Multi-national / foreign invested company working experience strongly (preferred)
