Job description
- Supervising project management team (About 5 Project Managers)
- Organizing regular meetings with Project Managers to check the project status

- Giving Visibility to the Management Team in term of team availability and projects steps achievements.

- Assigning new projects to Project Managers, and making sure that the contracts and objectives are clears and realistic for the Project Managers.
- Monitoring Project Managers work and bringing solution to improve the efficiency of the team.

- Responsible for production team workload and project coordination.
- Responsible for process improvement and project management documentation.
- Responsible for overall project objectives: budget, time, scope of work, quality, risk and customer satisfaction

- Native Chinese with fluent English
