职位描述
I. POSITION OVERVIEW
As a supervisor you will build, develop, and lead a team of employees into a high performing team that meets or exceeds performance goals. Engage and develop your direct reports, foster an open collaborative environment where best practices are shared. Support and drive needs based initiatives through communication, coaching, best practice sharing, and calibrations.
II. CORE DUTIES
1. Review, communicate and coach to daily performance, quality, behavior and attendance standards at the individual and team level. Utilize formal correction action procedures as required. (20%)
2. To achieve leads funnel conversion rate ( leads/opportunity )
3. To achieve IB leads volume target
4. Schedule, prepare and lead the required number of 1:1 coaching and team learning sessions and stand-ups that are interactive, engaging and agent driven based upon developmental needs, complete the required number of case/email/phone quality reviews per teammate each month. (20%)
5. At least one sharing/coaching session on team level weekly
6. At least twice 1:1 session per month per team mate
7. At least 2 hours per day for phone coaching/listening.
8. Outsourcing new leads channel and marketing partner and attend local trade show to expend current leads pool (20%)
9. Collecting relevant information from different industry and product line to support sales team
10. Provide regular data analyze report for sales team about leads volume and quality.
11. Know and support company and departmental procedures; regularly review and ensure that agents follow procedures, process flows and guidelines. (20%)
12. Regular meeting with sales team and help to build up feedback system.
13. Identify best practice and provide cross function sharing once a month.
14. Participate in teammate selection, internal talent movement, and training needs assessment and closure of knowledge gaps. (20%)
15. Develop and maintain 20% top talent within the team.

IV. JOB REQUIREMENTS
1. Strong communication skills in all formats (verbal, written) and ability to effectively communicate with teammates, peer supervisors and department management
2. Ability to direct and motivate others and effectively delegate to achieve goals
3. Demonstrated ability to drive for results (move the needle); Understand and articulate the impact of key metrics to teammate and department results
4. Ability to recognize the need for and lead through change management initiates while maintaining and driving teammate engagement
5. Ability to learn and adapt to new software technologies
6. Ability to effectively balance company and customer needs to deliver against NPS targets and business goals
7. Proficiency in external systems (Internet, Office Applications), and basic knowledge of applicable or relevant internal systems and software (such as Kana, Intranet, Admin Tools, Attack, Status Change, LMS, EWFM, and any other department-specific tools)
8. Marketing background is preferred
