Principle Tasks:
1. To be an expert in calculations who answers data questions
2. To be an expert in ADVA internal system within EMS team
3. Responsible for the accuracy and timeliness of the data used in item master review and product cost review
4. Quarterly item master review with CMs
5. Maintain correct data in systems (EMS team site, Agile and SAP info record) by ensuring the collection and computation of correct and complete data
6. Perform data analysis to verify that required data and methodologies are in place
7. Support data analysis for various projects, support E&O review, PPV review
8. Collect, analyse and verify the data for components and product cost, cost reduction opportunities and file in good place (keep tracking the VPA/PPV)

Supplementary Tasks:
1. Close collaboration with all Operations functions, NPI and R&D function within ADVA
2. Support of Agile PCM activities within ADVA globally
3. International collaboration with different ADVA sites

Customers (Internal & External)
1. Internal Customers: EMS management, SPM, SCM, PE, NPI and R&D
2. External Customers: CMs and Suppliers

Skills / Qualifications / Training / Experience:
1. University degree in statistics, computer science, business administration, or supply chain management
2. Experience in Telecom/Networking, or electronic manufacturing Industry
3. 3~5 years of work experience
4. Very good analytical, conceptual, math and computer-literate skills
5. Business-fluent English
6. Familiar with ERP system, Agile and Microsoft excel

2. Deal with a high volume of data with good accuracy and strict timeline
3. Self-starter, Pro-active thinking, detail-oriented and organized
