RESPONSIBILITIES:

1.Release orders in SAP system and following up with EMS and suppliers;
2.Release shipment plan weekly to EMS and suppliers and make sure all the data were accurate;
3.Negotiate with vendors delivery time and push ETD on time delivery whatever any reasons;
4.Delivery control and inventory & buffer stock management;
5.Coordinate and communicate with inter-department to meet the need;
6.Working with suppliers for cirtical material expediting;
7.Monitor the production line status closely and reaction at the first time to avoid line down risk.

PROFILE:

EXPERIENCE : At least 5 years experiences in ordering process and supply chain for electronic devices
Already worked for large company with sub-contracting management
Familiar with electronic componant manufacture and distribution.
Excellent comunication skills with EMS, suppliers and interface.
Can work under presure and independence.
Can travel if business needed to push EMS/Supplier on time delivery.

EDUCATED LEVEL: College or above

MAJOR: No limit.

REQUIRED SKILLS : Excellent negotiation skills.
Strong knowledge of purchasing and planning logistic.
Familiar with SAP system.

LANGUAGES : Good command of written and oral English
