RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Full technical understanding of PCB manufacturing SMT process, through concept and construction reviews.
2. Follow evolution of key technologies.
3. Integrate in line controls in cooperation with R&D and NPI department.
4. Provide the DFM (design for manufacture) report of the new Gerber.
5. Assist on R&D and EMS to solve the EQ (engineering questions) from the PCB manufacture factory.
6. Assist on process designing, fixtures preparation and parameter setting in EMS plant for new products.
7. Monitoring modifications and upgrades, and troubleshooting existing processes.
8. Check and approve PCB manufacturing & PCBA assembly flow chart.
9. Ensuring the process works at the optimum level, to the right rate and quality of output, in order to meet supply needs.
10. Study and solve process defect, material quality and soldering quality.

PROFILE:

1. Major in Electric or Industry Engineering
2. More than 5 years working experience. At least 3 years in production in EMS plant. At least 1 year POP process.
3. Very strong experience in PCBA manufacturing, SMT & POP (Package On Package) process.
4. Familiar with each station details process requirement, parameter and material etc.
5. Familiar with SMT machine such as: DEK, FUJI, MPM2000 etc. and reflow oven.
6. Good interpersonal skills for both external & internal communications.
7. Good command with English, team work, Good moral and be responsible
