Responsibilities:

To provide support for all I.T infrastructure including Network, Phones and Servers

• Maintain and support all aspects of the wide and local area network and corporate data communications
• Diagnose and troubleshoot local / remote and wide area network-related issues.
• Implement and enforce wide and local area network standards, settings and restrictions.
• Facilitate the movement and relocation of routers, firewalls, circuits, and switches.
• Analyzes network & system response and determine tuning recommendations to improve performance
• Interfaces with the vendors for critical/escalated network and system related outages
• Manage effective issue identification and resolution process; serve as the focal point for IS network infrastructure-related issue / crisis resolution. Senior escalation point for all IS network infrastructure-related issues
• Document changes and procedures, including network (Visio) diagrams
• Willing to work on night shifts to support US sites

Requirements:

• At least 6 years of experience configuring Cisco equipment and support of LAN/WAN infrastructure for local and remote offices
• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related technical field
• CCNP certified.
• Advanced knowledge of TCP/IP fundamentals, IP subnetting, routing protocols (OSPF, EIGRP,BGP), and network management
• Experience with MPLS, point-to-point VPN, and other WAN connectivity options
• Extensive experience with Cisco firewalls, switches and routers
• Detailed understanding of switching, VLANs, and related technologies
• Excellent troubleshooting skills, communication, customer support and interpersonal skills
• Ability to learn quickly and work independently
• Participate in 24x7 on-call rotation for IS support
• Perform 24x7 advanced tier troubleshooting, including off-hour maintenance activities, problem resolution, etc.
• Familiar with ITIL process is a plus
