岗位职责：
1、协助品牌顾问完成公司整体品牌发展计划；
2、能设计、实施、分析多种消费类定量、定性调研并书写报告；
（1）细分目标消费者
（2）全方位的消费者洞察
（3）购买途径、决策树、购买障碍
（4）信息接收途径（新旧媒体）
（5）新品牌/新品上市前各项测试：产品、概念、广告、终端展示设计；
（6）终端形象、服务研究
3、能搜集、分析各类竞争环境信息并书写报告；
（1）竞品产品、营销、形象、体验、促销；
（2）各类品牌知名度、美誉度跟踪；
（3）各类消费、发展定量动向
4、新产品创意提案，拟定各阶段新产品上市宣传及终端推广计划及各类营销策略的制定；
5、能实施、评估营销效果；终端有效性测试，产品有效性，促销有效性，传播有效性；
6、能做好其他生意问题的分析研究；
7、有开拓的视野和信息获取渠道，有出色的责任心；
8、有出色的数据分析能力，报告书写能力；
9、能设计出极简单，又极有效的方案；
10、能自己做好访谈主持人；
11、能深入洞察数据、信息、行为的背后结论；
12、有较好的策略思维、前瞻性思维能力，能预估品牌发展多部门需要的知识需求；

岗位要求：
1、大学本科及以上学历；
2、5-10年工作经验，有丰富的消费者市场研究经验；
3、必须具有大型公司工作经验，同时兼有珠宝企业经验优先
4、熟悉各类定量、定性测试理论与时间、熟悉行业数据来源；
5、能够运用英语作为工作语言
6、熟练试用各种办公软件；

我公司每天工作8小时，国家规定之法定节假日休息，公司除按法定的婚假给予员工外，还给予来回的路途假，春节假期高达18天，另外公司提供工作日中餐、加班餐补，为员工投养老、工伤、医疗、失业保险等。
