职位描述
Key Accountabilities:
? Align with department objectives and assist line manager on developing and expansion of the lean continuous improvement in operation processes ;
? Assist the project champions / line manager to identify opportunities by applying lean tools (e.g. Kanban, 5S, VSM,TPM & JIT etc) and keep track of key metrics (e.g. inventory turns, productivities, uptime, defect rate, etc)
? Develop the process improvement objectives and identify the corresponding projects with team. Host regular team meetings and keep better communications on project progress.
? Work as supportive team with other departments and outside suppliers to fulfil the business’ objectives. Train and coach the teams by incorporating the organizational and material resources for a successful project implementation;
? Act as an internal lean consultant to provide lean course training and project coaching for operation sites per their requirement;
? Lead the activities of working in plants to focus on the basic knowledge or information collection (capacity, cycle time etc).
Skills, Knowledge & Experience
? 7+ years of working experience with progressive management roles;
? Bachelor degree of Science is required, engineering degree is preferred;
? Strong background of lean manufacturing, lean certificate from well-known institutes and awareness of six sigma is desired;
? Strong experiences on new projects launch-up, manufacturing cost evaluation, and equipment capacity analysis;
? Decent communication skills and team coordination;
? Strong leadership skill across the plants and departments;
? Fluent English speaking as well as writing;
? Self-motivated, innovative, hard working with problem solving skills.
