Title: Quality Engineer
Essential Job Functions and Accountabilities:
Manage and coach quality technicians to develop their skills.
Monitor and report the performance of products in market by analyzing customer feedback, files of authority, and service report;
Handle customer quality complaint with sales, production engineer, sourcing team,
Maintain quality management system and conduct internal audit,
Lead incoming inspection gate, final inspection gate,
Handle supplier quality issue and improvement,
Release daily process quality issues with production engineer,
Issue non-conformance report and follow up corrective action,
Handle instrument/equipment calibration system,
Issue quality report and relative documentation,
Coordinate new product introduce on quality function,
Deal with other tasks assigned by manager,
Experience Qualifications:
? 5 years above experiences in manufacturing, technical service environment, or customer relationship management;
? Professional technical or engineering experience;
? Strong inter-personal skills;
? Excellent oral and written communication skill in English, be able to work in a multicultural environment;
? Practical experience in SAP; Implementation experience in ISO9001&ISO13485;
? Ability to achieve goals independently within a challenging time frame.
Job Title: Supply quality engineer
PRINCIPLE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS)
? Establish and maintain quality standard and enhancements as appropriate
? To be the focal person for assembly related quality and functional issues that stem from
components being purchased for manufacturing.
? Ensure all production critical issues are resolved with suppliers in a timely manner, and
corrective actions are implemented as appropriate..
? To implement appropriate Inspection Plans and Inspection Methods, and provide guidance to
Receiving Inspection Audit.
? Ensure ongoing supplier on-site evaluation is performed.
? To perform inspection of components as per Inspection Plan and provide documentation for
Statistical Quality Control.
? Drive supplier development strategy that will yield a broad supply base that can be used across
all customers’ program to provide buying leverage on pricing and services
? Proactively communicate information or issues that may impact the product costs and quality of
manufacturability to all affected departments.
? Provide support for Manufacturing, Sales and Purchasing
? Contribute to the success of the team by participating in regular meetings, sharing information
and experience to help others succeed and meet overall department & company objectives
? Actively support good GMP, Safety & Environmental Issues at Suppliers’ facility
? Develop personal skills on current technology, manufacturing techniques, interpersonal and
SKILLS
? Comprehensive knowledge in instrumentation and measurement
? Manufacturing experience
? Knowledge of machinery assembly and machining
? Good analytical and problem solving skills
? Knowledge of SQC (Statistical Quality Control)
? Working knowledge of Microsoft office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project)

? Mechanical Engineering Degree required with 3-5 years of quality control experience
