-For our Industry Sector in SHANGHAI,we are looking for a (SFAE)西门子工厂自动化工程有限公司 Strategic Procurement Engineer 战略采购工程师Work location:Shanghai-Jia Ding 工作地点:上海嘉定.

What are my responsibilities?

1. Project Purchasing for Automotive or Logistics(ASRS) Project Business.

Negotiate price, terms & conditions and finalize contract.

Purchasing scopes cover 3rd party Mechanics, Electrical materials & Services.

2. Sourcing and qualify new suppliers including foreign suppliers for current and new business portfolio.

3. Fulfill major targets from daily performance: on time delivery, cost saving, quality assurance.

4. Supplier management, commodity management and optimization.

5. Problem/trouble shooting relate to suppliers during project life-cycle

What do I need to qualify for this job?

1. Bachelor degree.

2. Two years of strategic purchasing working experience. Competence on sourcing, negotiation and commodity management.

3. Fluent English on spoken and written, German is a plus

4. Strong cross culture communication skill, independently working with project managers, German colleagues and related departments.

What else do I need to know?

-Mechanical & Electrical background in Automotive Industry is preferred. International trading background is preferred.
