Introduction:
-For our Healthcare Sector in Shanghai, we are looking for a Senior CRM Operation Specialist at the earliest opportunity.
What are my responsibilities?
-Overall responsible for Global Healthcare CRM system SH@ in China
-Focus on end user supporting & training, system maintenance, reporting and analysis
-Maintain customer master data and material master data in company's ERP system.
-Extend Market Transparency through market analysis and segmentation work; define process and resources for conducting market research initiatives
-Support CRM Manager for other strategic and operation projects
What do I need to qualify for this job?
-Minimum Bachelors Degree in Management Information System / Management Science
-Demonstrated experience in CRM, Market Research, Market Segmentation, Financial Analysis, and Project Implementation
-Preferred good understanding of the Healthcare industry; familiarity with Medical Devices.
-Open Minded to cultural / business differences in coordination with global HQ
-Fluent Mandarin and English in speaking and writing
