Responsibilities
In this role you will be reporting to Asia GPS Lead, Global Business Support Delivery for Asia. You will be accountable for the program management functions of Partner Evolution Project across Asia. You will be the key facilitator across the matrixes time zone & One Services Resources across Asia, ensuring effective cross-group collaboration and business discipline in the strategically Partner Support area
　
Requirements
1.Minimum of 5+ years of demonstrated experience in sales or marketing or business development functions (one or a combination) with strong engagement management or project management skills in a high tech environments
2.3+ years working experience in IT service or relevant industry
3.Experience of product management or business management is a plus
4.PMP Certified preferred.
5.Very organized and process focused. Ability to clearly prioritize and effectively manage multiple tasks and projects in parallel and effectively achieve results through a largely indirect group of internal MS partners.
6.Analytical Insight skills that can provide business insights based on data analysis, field team experiences and information about corporate programs.
7.Strong networking and interpersonal skills. Ability to build positive working relationships across both SMSG and senior leadership teams.
8.The ability to work effectively in a loosely structured team environment that demands a high degree of cooperation, flexibility, teaming, cross group and real-time responsiveness.9.Excellent listening skills and proficient oral and written communications.
10.Passion and interest in multi-cultural issues, and the growing impact of developing economies on global business trends. 11.Fluent English language abilities and excellent presentation skills required. In addition, Mandarin skills a plus.
