岗位职责Responsibilities：
This position requires a user experience designer for HP global project. The candidate will play an important role in creating engaging and innovative user experiences for users across the globe.
Activities will include:
1. Communicate to customers and peers using English.
2. Define and create compelling user experiences through storyboards, mockups, wireframes, prototypes, and specifications
3. Work closely with development team, contributing and understanding product specifications, creating wireframes and mockups based on the specifications
4. Work on cross-platform web and app, including PC, mobile and tablet devices.

岗位要求Requirements：

1. Bachelor or Master Degree in design or HCI related majors. 3+ years industry related experience. Complete understanding of how to apply the principles and methodologies of interaction design to solve business problems and objectives.
2. Good communication skills in English.
3. Mastery of UX design-related software and tools. Expertise with design deliverables including interactive prototyping, wireframes, mockups, etc.
4. Familiarity with web technologies; hands-on expertise with HTML, JavaScript, CSS Experience

Nice To Have:
1. Experience in mobile and tablet apps
2. Deep understanding of the Internet trends and online user behaviors
3. Strong design project management and leadership skills
4. Global project experience is highly preferred
