Job Responsibilities:
1. Independently determining and developing approaches to solutions for a wide range of complex software engineering problems. Assignments may include upgrades, and enhancements or fixes to existing products.
2. Develops software modules or processes.
3. Contributes to the development and achievement of organizational goals and objectives
4. Writes high level functional/technical design specifications.
5. Duties may include research, evaluation, development and application of new process and methods into products.
6. Works effectively with cross-functional and/or global teams, readily shares information with others.
　
Requirements
Must:
1. BS or MS in Computer Science, Software Engineering or equivalent.
2. 3+ years software development experience.
3. Excellent design and implementation skills, including ability to produce detailed design specifications.
4. Experience with design patterns, OO design methodologies and hands-on experience in Java/J2EE/Spring
5. Strong technical skills in web services such as SOAP, REST and XML technologies
6. Experience with the entire software development lifecycle, from establishment of requirements to systems QA and post-delivery support.
7. Solid skill in development tool like Ant, java IDE such as Eclipse, IntelliJ IDEA.
8. Familiar with Javascript and have experience in front-end development with jQuery or Ext.js.
9. Understand common algorithms and toolkits.
10. Excellent speaking and written communication skills in English.

Desired:
1. Experience in Weblogic Server, Tomcat, etc.
2. Experience in CPQ(Configuration/Pricing/Quotation) related field in Enterprise.
3. Flexibility and adaptability to move quickly from broadly defined user and business requirements to solutions and implementations.
