岗位职责Responsibilities
1. Daily administration of Windows servers, incident and change management following company standards and finding ad-hoc solutions when needed.
2. Migration of legacy VMWare infrastructure to the ROCHE internal cloud.
3. Second level support for Windows servers (mainly Windows Server 2003, Windows Server 2008, Windows Server 2012), including those tasks escalated from the 1st Level Support.
4. Administer VMWare and Windows infrastructure. Mainly HP Proliant, HP enclosures, HP Blades, Virtual Connect, VMWare
5. Second level support for VMWare servers and related solutions (vSphere 4 and 5, SRM, SRDF..)
6. Familiarity with enterprise administration tools: monitoring tools (NetIQ), HPSIM, Backup Tools (Symantec Netbackup) and SAN storage concepts.
7. Troubleshooting of problems related to operating system & hardware, escalated by the first level support, and possible escalation to external vendors or internal engineering.
8. Follow Roche tailored ITIL Best Practices on every action taken on qualified environments.
9. Performance analysis and Capacity planning on ESX, vCenter Servers
10. Proactive periodic checks of the critical environments
11. Performance monitoring and optimization
12. Participation in projects driven by the business.
13. Participation in projects driven by internal engineering in order to define standards.
14. Following, defining & optimizing standard procedures.
15. Able to work out of office hours on a rota basis and perform maintenance tasks during weekends when required.

岗位要求Requirements
Qualifications and Experience :
1. Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related discipline or recognition of prior working experience which is equivalent.
2. Experience with mid & high-end SAN storage.
3. Experience with VMware or other virtualization technology.
4. Experience in change management & documentation.
5. Knowledge of ITIL as a model for datacenter support.
6. Desirable: VMWare and Windows Server certification, Windows cluster, ITIL certification
