职位描述
岗位职责Responsibilities
1. Provide the quick and accurate solutions to the customers’ problems. Meet all follow up commitments made with customers
2. Communicate with customers via telephone, written correspondence, electronic service in a timely manner according to the service level agreement.
3. Manage the healthy progress of service requests. Ensure escalating to senior and escalation resources at the right time with the right information.
4. Collaborate on cross-team and cross-product technical issues by working with resources from other groups as needed to resolve customer issues.
5. Effectively manage relationships with customers, while ensuring high customer satisfaction of the overall service experiences.
6. Compliance with the service operation processes for execution excellence.
岗位要求Requirements
1. Bachelor Degree or Master Degree with 2+ years of software project experience
2. Good development skills on C++ or .NET; able to write code to demonstrator algorithm by hand
3. Strong Microsoft VS.Net development skill and development knowledge for ASP.Net
4. Good understanding on network: TCP/IP & HTTP, able to use tool to analysis network connection
5. Good command of English in oral and written, capable to participate technical discussion with confidence
6. Enterprise experience, and troubleshooting skills preferred;
7. Positive-thinking, team-working, quick-learner, self-challenging;
