岗位职责Responsibilities
Reporting to Microsoft APGC CSS Enterprise Desktop Support Team Manager, the Support Engineer is responsible for providing quality support to APGC Professional customers for Microsoft Office System products, including Office, Office Web Apps and Project Server.
1. Provide timely technical support on the problems for Professional customers.
2. Manage the healthy progress of service requests.
3. Collaborate on cross-team and cross-product technical issues by working with resources from other groups as needed to resolve customer issues.
4. Effectively manage relationships with customers, while ensuring high customer satisfaction of the overall service experiences.
5. Compliance with the service operation processes for execution excellence.
NATURE AND SCOPE:
1. Provide direct contact from Microsoft to the customers via phone and Email
2. Be extremely accurate in the information and solutions provided to the customer.
岗位要求Requirements
1. Bachelor or Master Degree with at least 2 years of full time Development/IT operation experience in multi-national companies.
2. Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office Products, SQL server administration, and networking is required.
3. Advanced programming skill (with C++ and C#) is required.
4. Excellent written and verbal English skill is a must.
5. Technical Better to have
6. Solid knowledge in Microsoft Office SharePoint Server (MOSS/SPS) is preferred
7. Fluent Cantonese is a plus.
8. Non-technical Must to have
9. Hard working and great passion on new computer technology.
10. Quick learning and troubleshooting skills are mandatory requirements.
11. Fluent written/oral English to communicate with native English speaking customer is a must to have capability
