1、大专或本科以上学历，3年以上从业经验
2、熟悉网站编辑、电子商务、网络推广、论坛BBS
3、善于归纳、提炼、发散及转化，有敏锐的创作嗅觉和较强的逻辑推理能力
4、有良好的广告文案撰写能力与沟通表达能力，具备独立服务全案的能力
5、有耐心有细心，有较强进取心、团队精神、创新精神
6、有网上销售相关工作经验
7、有网站编辑、网络推广、论坛管理相关经验
8、文笔优美、文字功底好
