Responsibilities:
As an Electronic Engineer (Engineering), you will be based on the mophie design center in Shenzhen and part of a global RD engineering team responsible for developing high volume consumer electronics products from concept to mass production. Your major responsibility is as Electronic Engineer (Engineering) for supporting electronic skills aspects, not only RD ourselves, but also CMs. You will work closely with colleagues from both US or CN side ME/RDE team and other cross function team members and also interface with our suppliers regarding product electronic materials aspects.

More specific responsibilities are listed below:
1.Support Electronic engineer during design term, include material selection, parameter test, SPEC verification, MTP verification, give your constructive view for electronic issues.
2.Review CMs product process and SOP during EVT/DVT/PVT/MP to make sure process meets mophie requirements and correct any process mistake found.
3.Help CMs to improve continuously pass rate and to increase the efficiency of process..
4.Support CMs PE and TE analyzing failure and improve their repair skills.
5.Failure analysis and provide solution.
6.Become a bridge between RD and CM, let both sides fully understand each other.
7.New electronic technology and approach study.

Requirements:
1.B.S. in Electronic engineering or relative with 5-8 years of experience in electronics industry
2.Mature, well rounded business acumen, ability to form strong working relationship with local and US team members and suppliers.
3.Excellent communication skill, fast learner, logical thinking, flexible, Easy to adapt to new environment, has solid experience of working with OEM/ODM suppliers and international team.
4.Well knowledge of electronic process
5.Excellent problem solving skill, have strong ability to conduct failure analysis and find out root cause and develop solutions.
6.Basic OA software abilities and basic Orcad and Pads layout skill for reviewing schematic and PCB layout requirements
7.Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, must be able to work directly with native English speaker effectively.
