职位描述
General Responsibilities:
You would be responsible for achieving the sales and profitability goals assigned for your position for the Apple and Apple Premium Resellers in China. You would interface with the stakeholders at Apple to define requirements, effectively communicate them to the Business Units and drive the projects to support their business needs. You would work closely with Apple and Apple Premium Reseller to maximize sales opportunities for Belkin products within agreed budgets and timeframes. The success of this role will be further reliant upon excellent communication skills, an analytical outlook and professional, confident manner.
Specific Requirements:
· Sales: Accountable for the sales and profitability goals for Apple and APRs in China. To maximise Belkin’s sales opportunities within the sector and to confirm its position as market leader through the effective merchandising, marketing and stock profile, reviewing of competitor position and all related sales activity.
· Relationship development: To ensure client satisfaction and to secure long term partnerships by taking overall responsibility for client relationship management, working closely with partners to maximise their margin opportunity, identifying and providing marketing opportunities and supporting plans whilst monitoring client satisfaction.
· Work autonomously and demonstrate the ability to manage from start to finish (feedback, execution, delivery and analysis).
· Have the ability to interface with Product Merchandising at Apple and APRs to define requirements, effectively communicate them to Belkin Product Management and drive the projects through the organization.
· Personal Performance: To ensure maximum personal effectiveness through excellent communication of activities and successes with internal colleagues, making recommendations to process improvement and related activity.
· Perform other duties if required.
Education and Experience Requirements
· A minimum of three (3) years' related sales experience to Apple or through Apple Premium Resellers (APRs) channels selling consumer I.T. or consumer electronics or accessories products in China.
· Ability to run commercial partnership effectively and independently.
· Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic organization and good with meeting deadlines.
· Excellent negotiation, writing, communication and interpersonal skills.
· Strong understanding of company culture and business environment in China.
· Proficient in using MS-Office, including Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint; excellent at presenting to an audience in PowerPoint
· Fluency in both spoken and written English and Chinese is required.
· University Degree in Business Administration or equivalent acquired from a reputable University or Tertiary Institution.
