职位描述

GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
Answer general line for incoming general sales enquiries and take down contacts for forwarding or follow up by salesperson and distributors where necessary. Support the sales group on gathering data from distributors and retailers such as current inventory, sell out data. Provide administrative support to sales on internal procedures and application.


SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Maintain key liaising between customers and in house supplying support
a) Ensure sales order accuracy on part number, price, stocks availability, credit status and T&C
b) Advise goods delivery schedule/inventory availability and A/R for each order
c) Liaised with logistic assistant to ensure timely shipment to get prompt payment
d) Arrange the VIT invoice courier service and maintain the invoice tracking report
e) Manage customer's feedback and work with internal groups to make rectifications
2. General operational support and document progresses review at regular basis
a) Coordinating with sales department to maintain customer recruitment documentation
b) Preparing and filing authorization letter, bidding documents, price list, promotion letters
c) Ensure promotional rebates, RMA, price protection claims are submitted and processed timely
d) Assisting sales personnel to ship out product samples, product display stands or brochure etc.,
e) Implement employee purchasing program for internal staff and related business operation
f) Support NPI product information and certification filing and providing for the specific customer
3. Responsible to provide accurate business reports
a) Working with planner on stock availability through providing daily backorder report
b) Provide by customer sell in historical record for sales team to help the monthly forecast project
c) Assisting to collect and consolidate monthly regional sell out & inventory report
4. Special projects
a) Interface with various teams and supervise the adherence of the process to improve operational workflows
b) Organize and assist with meetings and other tasks as requested


EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
- College degree and at least two years' experience for the similar position in foreign company.
- Good communication skills in English and Mandarin, high competency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Familiar with handling contract and commercial documents;
- Good interpersonal skill, strong sense of responsibility
- Diligent, self-motivated and desire to provide excellent customer service
