Responsibilities
1.Works very closely with first level (super users) and third level support (IT support), as well as with the global business organization (global process owner, support organization in Europe)
2.Implementation of new functionalities within Asia and Europe. Streamline processes and improve current solution.
3.Roll out webshop (myosram) to new customers, and support the existing customers/ internal users
4.Analyze and resolve bugs in collaboration with system staff and other user departments
5.Ensure quality of programming specification and support creation of technical documentation.
6.Resolve business-related problems for their processes
7.Coordinate and Optimize processes (costing, planning, profitability analysis)
8.Draw up business requirements for systems staff (specification)

Requirements:
1.Familiar with the SAP SD or CRM
2.Min. 2-3 years experience as key user or internal consultant
3.project methodologies (at least three full cycles)
4.Intensive Knowledge for CRM system, webshop, at least 2 years for CRM and webshop work experience
5.Fluent Oral and wrriten English
