1.In charge of monitoring the internal production standards and lead the kaizen activities of the internal flows
2.Organize trainings for 5S, Product respect, TPM, SMED, Hoshin, STOP SCRAP, VSA, Kanban, Continuous flow, lean industrialization in accordance to Plant / Site priorities.
3.Assess the VPS standards are applied properly.
4.Permanently promote the VPS principles.
5.Attend to Plant / Site Project Validation Committee and validate Full Production Days.
6.Challenge the VPS design specification check list & the systematic lean investment approach in each phase.
7.Help the Plant / Site Manager to keep a continuous improvement mindset, behaviour & policy whatever the operational situation.
8.Support for the internal physical flows the Plant / Site Manager for VSA master plan, propose the yearly workshops list.
9.Ensure VPS deployment (VPS V5000, standards, workshops, and Group or regional VPS initiatives) in all APUs and Logistic department.
10.Do OJT to coach APU VPS engineers/technicians & Plant / Site members on application of VPS tools and methodologies.
11.Permanently help APU Managers to detect and react to non-conformances against VPS standards.
12.Accelerate Plant / Site progress through APU & Supply Chain best practices sharing and deployment of best practices from outside the Plant / Site

Requirements:
1. 3 years with demonstrated success validated in yearly appraisal in manufacturing and /or supply chain experience plus lean training
2. Bachelor degree on Engineer, technician or equivalent
3. 8+years working experience is needed
4. Fluent oral and written English
