职位描述

SUMMARY


To be responsible for the stable operation of facility system equipment periodical maintenance and troubleshooting; manage activities and resources engaged in maintaining & developing client’s office in China; ensure the efficiency of the processes to meet customer requirement.



ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES


- In charge of the routine maintenance and examination for the below but not limited to electrical distribution system, generator, UPS, HVAC, plumbing and drainage, fire-fighting systems and building monitoring system. Play handyman role when M&E vendor is not on site.


- Develop and implement maintenance plan and standard operation procedure, take continuous improvement.


- Liaison with external source including landlord, building management office and authorities on facility management


- Initiate and perform energy saving and other cost reduction activities.


- To be responsible for facility system trouble shooting, repair, annual power shut down


- Manage contractors and ensure facility maintenance and construction projects could be accomplished on time and with high quality


- In charge of the purchasing request and delivery schedule for the spare parts.


- Responsible for maintenance record and as-built drawing management.


- Provide engineering support by overseeing installation and calibration/validation of newly-installed equipments based on design and performance specifications; Organize facility modifications/improvements for operations and maintenance as a technical resource.


- Support activities meet with and integrate with organizational requirements for maintain safety, health and environmental policies and procedures.


- Provide 24-hour emergency service (must be 24-hour on call).


- Other duties may be assigned.



Requirements:


- College Degree or above in Mechanical & Electrical Engineering or related area is required.


- Minimum 7 years working experience in related field.


- Strong communication skills and teamwork spirit.


- Strong follow-up capability


- Good organizational and communication abilities


- Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
