Introduction
-Implement global product strategy in country to the company’s success; Develop and drive the business with professional business plan and specific sales channel; Product launch and promotion to increase customer awareness; Increasing the product know-how level of sales organizations
What are my responsibilities?
-Strategy Implementation: implement global product strategy into country for the company business success; Smooth communication with headquarter counterpartner -Product Strategy:business plan,pricing and position, sales program/promotion for the target fulfillment;
-Product sales support : Strategic and luminaries/ reference site, key customer visiting/support,
-Marketing promotion: product launch, promotion seminar ,internal/external communication in national events, and regional events with product road show, exhibition;
-Competition: Maintain market intelligence and competitive argument development
-Customer satisfaction: in accordance with sales , application , collaboration and service for target customers’ problems solving.
-Leadership : Increasing the product know-how level of sales organizations by regular internal and external product training and competition strategy update,
-Sales materials: Product brochure, standard quotation, presentation, competitive argument development,
-Business planning and forecasting in responsible segment
-Working together with MR product manager implement marketing strategy
-Build up and maintain close relationship with key customers
-Training of special, advanced MR applications for key customers
What do I need to qualify for the job?
-Clinical or engineering industry sales/marketing experience in MR modality concerned, at a multinational company is preferred.
-Managing commercial sales projects especially with hospitals, experience in whole value chain , and added value selling strategy, 3years sales/marketing experience in the industry
-Able to influence customers in a way to have a positive attitude towards Siemens product ,being the leader of project in responsible region for customer relationship management and business driving, Product know-how and effective product training leading sales confidence and productivities.
-Understanding of how international company is running, Smooth communication skill
-Ability to communicate to and convince customers.
Product Management
-Degree in Engineering or Medicine
-Experience business (marketing, sales, service)
-Detailed knowledge on products and operation
-Understanding of marketing and sales process
-Knowledge of internal processes and network
-Inter-personal skills, Team player
