Introduction
-For our Healthcare Sector we are looking for a Order Process/Logistic Officer at the earliest opportunity.

What are my responsibilities?
-Responsible for order processing and related Sales forecast as well as revenue recognition, order cost booking.
Order management:
-After order booking, Logistics Officer is responsible for pushing buyer for payment release according to signed contract and coordinate the product delivery from factory to enduser. To handle all purchase activities under the contract (e.g. create purchase order to Siemens Affiliated companies and OEM vendors), check room situation with project management and confirm delivery time to supplier (last call), handle billing and revenue recognition according to Siemens Financial Reporting Guideline, also need to generate and check the reports from SAP and ensure all costs are timely and correctly booked and billed in SAP.
Transportation management:
-Logistics Officer will work closely with manufacturer, local OEM suppliers, forwarders, Import/Export companies to track and monitor transportation status according to project schedule. Also to ensure whole delivery cycle is under control and drive for improvements.
Logistics Problem Solving:
-Logistics Officer will work closely with project management, customer service, Import/Export companies to handle Damage/wrong/short delivery claim, and other logistic problems, and coordinate with manufacturer, forwarder, Buyer and insurance company for the most efficient solution.

What do I need to qualify for this job?
- Bachelor (major in International Trade or Economics is preferred) or above
- Familiar with Logistics processes- plus Microsoft office tools and SAP knowledge
- 1~ 3 year working experience in International Trade
-Basic knowledge in Contract Management, Accounting and Tax
- Fluent both written and spoken English
- Active, responsible, independent, cooperative and be able to work under dynamic/pressure environment
- Good communication skills, teamwork spirit. Strong learning capabilities.
