Tasks
? Orchestrate opportunity identification meetings with prospects that meet the strategic prerequisites in the APAC Growth Plan
? Lead capabilities presentations across the full portfolio of Schawk, inc’s services (Brandimage, Anthem, Schawk)
? Craft proposals for identified opportunities, leveraging insight from across the Schawk inc business
? Negotiate contracts (with support from China MD and Director of BD APAC)
? Join weekly calls with regional BD team to update on wins, opportunities and initiatives
? Report monthly on all Business Development activity in provided template

SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE

Academic & Professional:
? 8 - 12 years sales-related work experience in agency or FMCG/retail industry (business development or client servicing)
? Solid understanding of advertising, branding, marketing, packaging design and deployment
? Knowledge of creative design development and related terminology, production and electronic processes.
? Possess a Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in Communications/ Business/ Marketing or equivalent

Functional:
? Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English and Chinese
? Strong project and team management skills
? Ability to manage multiple projects at any given time

Behavioral Competencies:
? Strong presentation abilities (from presenting to the board, to upholding a one-on-one conversation with a senior executive)
? Excellent business / commercial acumen
? Able to negotiate, persuade and influence
? Strong achievement drive and initiative
? A strong self-starter, with ability to perform as an active team member
