We are currently seeking a Business Intelligence Developer to work alongside our Software Solutions Manager, Business Analysts and developers to assist in the build of a new Data Warehouse. This is a 3 month contract, based in our Headquarters in Shenzhen. We are looking for people who are able to commence before February 24th, 2014.

Job Purpose:

The purpose of the job is for the BI Developer to produce high quality Business Intelligence solutions within time estimates.

Key Responsibilities:

? Design, documentation, testing, tuning and delivering of new ETL logic for data delivery to Operational Datastores and/or data warehouses.
? Ensuree data quality in the Operational data store and/or data warehouses.
? Assist the project team on the build and design of the intial Datawarehouse as well as setup integration between systems and the BI tool (Tableau)
BACKGROUND
? Available to start before 24th of February, 2014
? Good understanding of BI tools.
? Working knowledge of ETL
? Good understanding of relational databases and their functioning
? Proven experience of meeting deadlines and delivering quality solutions
? Working Knowledge of Kimball Methodology
? Knowledge of Microsoft Suite of BI tools would be advantageous
? Proven Track record of designing, implementing and maintaining Data warehouses
? Provide post-production application support as required. Responsibilities include, problem identification, troubleshooting, data analysis, and emergency bug fixes
? Must have 4+ years of overall ETL/DB experience (both design and development experience)
? Great writing and vocal English.
