Responsibilities:
? Being the manufacturing representative to involve and evaluate the design of process, jigs & fixtures, layout and equipment etc. during development stage
? Being the manufacturing representative to drive the key documentation like DFM, PFMEA, SOP, MIP are in place in different stage of NPI, to ensure good manufacturability are design in and ready for production ramp
? Define preventive maintenance plan and implement prior to production ramp for jigs/tooling etc.
? Define the jigs/tooling spare parts inventory plan prior to production to enable full utilization of production equipment etc.
? Define training process and provide sufficient training to relevant personal from contract manufacturer to ensure the smooth production ramp
? Drive yield improvement and problem solving that are process related during production ramp, and provide support when necessary after mass production
? Improve manufacturing methods, layouts, equipment and techniques to ensure overall operations efficiency
? Identify lean opportunities in the process to reduce cycle time and scrap rate. To drive continuous improvement on line set up and work station arrangement using lean concept.
? Perform other functions when needs.

Requirements:
? Bachelor Degree in mechanical/machining/IE engineering or advanced degree in related field
? 8+ years’ experience in Manufacturing Engineering, IE or ProcessEngineering role
? Solid knowledge and experience of manufacturing technologies, good experience and knowledge about DFX, FMEA etc
? Experience and knowledge of Lean Manufacturing concepts
? A proven disciplined approach to project management, manufacturing engineering experience
? Demonstrated hands on problem solving capability and experience
? Understanding of primary and secondary soft goods processing are a plus
? Bilingual in Chinese and English, fluent in Oral English
? A good team player with other dept, good at communication
